Body of Light
Limited Capacity seats available

This workshop is a sweet, gentle Kundalini flow followed by a gong bath designed to keep you going all day. Listening to the voice of your soul, being true to yourself is the first step of the journey of your life. Elements of the 10 bodies of light will be invoked as we connect to our infinity and our destiny and our invincible and radiant selves. Kundalini is a raj yoga, a royal path of yoga. Understood in this lineage is that there is a throne, and that throne awaits you. The only person that can enthrone you is you. 2018 is the year of the 11th body of light. The 11th body encompasses all 10 bodies and relates to infinity, compassionate living and divine vision. Understanding the 10 bodies of light and how to thrive both on and off the mat are essential teachings for the Aquarian Age. “We meditate so that our minds can be sharp and alert. We chant mantras so that our souls may be ignited like candles. We walk in the light of this beauty.” ~ Yogi Bhajan Participants of this class will be eligible for 2 AP Continuing Education Credit Hours, Yoga Alliance Approved (AP – Anatomy and Physiology)
