Rock Your Yoloha Wheel
Limited Capacity seats available

This unique class will be sure to get you smiling. You will feel supported while learning how to incorporate a yoga wheel into your daily practice to create balance, support, mobility and strength. In this class you will learn how to maximize your wheel using it on it’s own as a therapeutic tool, as well as learn how to incorporate the wheel into a yoga sequence. From therapeutic and restorative benefits for the spine, to creating space in the front body, and helping you safely advance into deeper poses, yoga wheels are going to be your new best friend for your yoga practice. (We will have various sizes of wheels to accommodate different bodies. The cork yoga wheel is handcrafted in the USA using heavy duty construction to hold up to 250 pounds and designed to last a lifetime. In between the wood and the exterior cork surface, there’s a cushy layer of latex-free foam to pad your back and protect your joints. The cork is a great feature because it’s eco-friendly, naturally antimicrobial, and also non-slip wet or dry.)
