Brooke created Chisel™ by adapting classical Pilates exercises into a dynamic full-body workout that satisfies the modern hunger for a challenging, fun workout to upbeat music! This class has earned a reputation for being hard… but guess what? You can do hard things! Yes, you! Brooke’s form cues and hands-on corrections will help you feel light and lifted during your planks, strong and grounded during your standing balance work, and leave you feeling stretched and limber. Chisel™ will make you sweat, increase your strength, and improve balance, benefitting all of your other movement practices, and is totally modifiable so it’s truly safe for all ages and levels. This class will show you just how strong you truly are, chisel your entire body, and fuel your spirit.

You can connect more deeply to your movement practice by attuning your awareness to the cycles of life, the seasons, the ebb and flow... as both a Pilates instructor and acupuncturist, Brooke will take you through movement, breath, and posture work as you learn about the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine. Brooke will offer practical ways to use this knowledge to align with each element as it is found both in your body and in nature. Through this intentional movement you will access stability & freedom, and tap into tools & inspiration to be guided by your deepest core self.
