Limited Capacity seats available

Cat will begin this class with an anatomy lesson on the low back and sacroiliac SI joints. Students will be led through a series of rolling practices with therapy balls to release tension which creates stress in the lumbar spine. After the release, students will move through stretching and stabilizing practices to restore function. Throughout the class Cat will lead specific pranayama breathing practices to calm the nervous system and help ease tension through the whole Self.
