Learn different techniques to enhance mobility, range of motion and specifically target chronically overused areas. We'll create awareness around postural alignment and equip you with myofascial therapy techniques for use in yoga and your daily active lifestyles. Whether you're new to yoga, just getting back into your practice, or a long time student, this hour will ease restrictions for long-lasting results. Sonic Bliss

Using Sanskrit chants as well as mystical poetry, Sonic Bliss Kirtan is a band of devotional musicians from the NYC area. LISA FERRARO on vocals/harmonium, is a yoga instructor and classically trained singer who has studied Sanskrit, mantras and ragas with Russill Paul. Lisa offers workshops on the power of sound, movement and mantra. Study with her online with her Sonic Bliss School! DAVE TILLISTRAND, on bass/guitar is also a professional theater performer. CLIFF HACKFORD, on tabla and cajon is the producer of Sonic Bliss Kirtan's album, Out of the Mystics on the Divine Wine Music label. Sonic Bliss Kirtan has performed at Bhakti Fest West for three years as well as at festivals and yoga studios in the tri-state area. The percussive sounds of the bucket drums can be heard throughout city streets and subway stations across the world. Now you can learn to rock the buckets with your fellow yogis. Led by percussionist & yoga instructor Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa® this fun workshop will begin with basic drumming fundamentals and then move to group bucket drum rhythms.
