Co-Owner and Founder of Asheville Yoga Center, Steph has been teaching Yoga since 1988. Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, she moved to Asheville in 1997 to raise her 3 sons with her beloved husband Sunny. Her classes are full of humor, sweat, and real-ness.
